CSR

Committed towards the social well being of the unprivileged communities, we believe that sustainable community development is essential for harmony between the community and the company. By serving the unprivileged and weaker section of the society, we are driving the country’s social and economic development towards wider and glorious opportunities.

We are truly passionate, dedicated and honest towards reaching the undeveloped groups and helping them in uplifting their lives for a better present and an even better future. Our noble initiatives address the sensitive issues such as adversities faced by poor people and questions related to their future. With cumulative efforts imparted by our professionals, we strive to do the best for those in need.

By involving our professionals at every level, we are able to identify the social development requirements that need to be immediately worked upon. In consultation with the local community groups, we are able to identify the social and economical gaps faced by the weaker sections. Subsequently, by undertaking a mutual consent along with the discussions made with our stake holders, we then identify the projects and prioritize them for implementation.

We shall ensure that all developmental initiatives undertaken are accessible to the most marginalized segments such as children, women, elderly and those with disabilities. This would reflect particularly in the field of education, healthcare, sanitation, community welfare, skill development, employment generation, infrastructure development, promotion of national heritage & culture etc.

Under the pretext of Corporate Social Responsibility, we have undertaken the following initiatives:

  • In association with an NGO named NIMITTA, we have established a mobile library for the children. The main objective behind creating this mobile library was to facilitate an easy accessibility of books to poor children. Since primary education is birthright of a person, so that it becomes our prime duty in facilitating education for them. The books are available in both Hindi and English languages and appropriate for children between 4 years to 14 years of age. The mobile library is accessible by more than 500 children who are residing in nine villages of Kanke block, Ranchi.
  • In association with an NGO named Jai Durga Samajik Kalyan Sansthan, we impart our efforts towards helping the needy and unknown/unattended patients in government hospitals who are suffering from chronic diseases or fatal diseases like cancer, kidney failure, burns etc.
  • In association with All India Medical Sciences (Trauma Center), our employees at Rodic have conducted blood donation camps.
  • Rodic and its employees are also contributing to the relief of flood affected people of J&K.
